F-16 Aircraft Maintenance Access System — Germany

When Spangdahlem Air Base needed a complete F-16 maintenance access system, the Air Force didn't need an experimental design — they selected a platform already proven through years of operational use and continuous improvement, then required JE to execute a full international deployment.

01 The challenge

The Design Was Settled. The Execution Wasn't.

Spangdahlem needed full F-16 maintenance access, but the challenge wasn't design — it was executing a successful international deployment: manufacturing, overseas shipment, on-site assembly, installation, commissioning, and maintainer training, all with minimal disruption to operations.

02 The solution

One Party Held Every Stage After the Drawing

JE manufactured a complete system based on its proven, Air-Force-collaborative design, then managed international logistics coordination, on-site installation and commissioning, and hands-on maintainer training covering equipment operation, safe work practices, and inspection requirements.
