Adrian holds two roles that are usually held by two people. That matters to a customer for one reason: an engineering decision on a custom stand does not have to travel up a chain to be approved — it is made by the person accountable for the company.

His engineering background supports his work as the company's principal engineer, including design oversight, material and process selection, and the delivery of custom aircraft maintenance stands and related systems.
