02 Process

How Does JE Assemble and Inspect a Finished Component or System?

JE joins components using MIG and TIG welding performed by welding personnel, checks fit and alignment against the original specification, and inspects the completed assembly before it's finished and delivered.

Self-fixturing tab-and-slot features are cut into the components during fabrication. The parts locate against each other and snap together, and the weld follows.
