A finished product rarely comes from a single process. JE Technology Solutions combines fabrication, machining, and assembly under one roof — so raw material becomes a complete, ready-to-use product without being handed between separate vendors for each step.

Most finished products require more than one manufacturing process — cutting, forming, welding, machining, and final assembly — and coordinating each of those steps across separate vendors is where cost, time, and quality control are usually lost.

JE takes your work instructions and design and carries it through cutting, forming, machining, and welding before final assembly — using in-house equipment built to reduce handling and keep tolerances consistent across every step, including large production batches.

The process draws on equipment purpose-built to reduce the number of separate operations a part goes through.

STAGE 01

Cutting and Fabrication

JE's in-house Boss Laser FC PipeCUT system consolidates cutting, coping, and drilling into a single 4-axis pass, handling raw stock up to 20 feet in length and 8 inches in diameter,

with self-fixturing tab-and-slot geometry that simplifies the welding steps that follow.

STAGE 02

Forming and Bending

A 140-ton Baileigh press brake (±0.008" bend accuracy) and dedicated pipe/tube benders shape sheet, plate, and tube components to precise specifications.

STAGE 03

Machining

CNC machining produces brackets, housings, gears, bearings, and other components from aluminum, various steels, plastics, wood, rubber, and foam.

STAGE 04

Welding and Joining

Welding personnel provide MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel, bringing individual components together into subassemblies.

STAGE 05

Finishing and Final Assembly

Components are finished — polished, powder-coated, bead-blasted, painted, or hot-dip galvanized — and assembled into the completed product.

Advanced motion control across this equipment ensures identical part tolerances even across large production batches, so the hundredth unit matches the first.
